cramped disabled shower fluctuating water temperature
The hotel looked shabby. Rooms and public areas need refurbishment. The bathroom was massive but had a tiny cramped disabled shower. The water temperature fluctuated and there were no hooks or shelving for toiletries. Toilets in the hotel were very poor.

i had a balcony room. it had a sea view. the view was fine. the room was spacious, and the staff was friendly and courteous. the location is superb.
the free breakfast was not great. the coffee was cold. the pots were warm, but that didn't help. the carpets were stained, and the decor looked old fashioned.

The room was large and warm, perfect for the time of year. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was a great selection of food.
The toilet seat needed replacing, as it was not in good condition. There was no shaver socket in the bathroom. The shower was pretty basic for an expensive room, REALLY!!!

The location is right on the beach. I had a great room with a sea view and good facilities. Breakfast included something for all tastes..
My room was very noisy with traffic beginning at 06:00. It was also noisy with people walking past until late. The WiFi did not work in the bar area..

the room was very warm and comfortable. the double aspect sea view was excellent. the breakfast was fabulous, served with team was good and polite.
the toilet seat needed replacement as its condition wasn't good. the shower was basic, considering the price of the room. the wifi link was slow.

lovely seafront retreat

friendly staff great view
i found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay (they really made a difference!). the location right on the beach was amazing, and my room had a great view of the sea and pier. i enjoyed watching the waves every morning.
i noticed that the floorboards creaked quite a bit throughout the hotel. i could hear movement above me, a little disruptive at times.
